1. Processing times
Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends are usually processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery estimates
- Domestic (Canada): please allow up to 3 business days after dispatch.
- International: delivery can take 7–14 business days after dispatch (sometimes faster).
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
3. Tracking & packaging
Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be provided when available. Orders are packaged discreetly in an unmarked parcel or box.
4. Shipping insurance
Our shipping insurance generally covers the following:
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will reship it at no additional cost.
- On delivery, please sign for the package (where applicable) and verify the contents are in good condition before accepting. Once a delivery is accepted and signed for, we may be limited in how we can assist.
